Privacy Policy
What we collect
Assessment answers, name, business name, phone, email, website address and an optional social profile link; plus the ad source (UTM) and technical data (IP address, browser).
Why
To prepare your personal analysis, review your application and contact you. Marketing messages are only sent with your separate consent.
AI services
To write the analysis, your answers (without name, phone or email) may be sent to an AI service.
Internal notifications
A short alert about a new application (name, contact details and a summary of answers) is sent only to the Faraweb team's private Telegram channel.
After you complete the assessment, a link to your personal report is emailed to you once. It is a service email, not advertising.
Advertising measurement
If you allow "Advertising" in the cookie banner, the fact that an application was sent is also reported to Meta from our server (with browser identifiers, IP address and browser type; without your name, phone or email).
Where it is stored
Data is stored securely on our hosting provider's servers. Storage location and legal requirements are being confirmed in legal review.
How long
For a defined period after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
